The pathway fit test helped me most, and I see you visited the Charlie Horses and Cramps post. Yes, this still works, and it helps me sleep well also. As far as allergies go. I found that removing milk and wheat totally removed my wheezing attacks in the middle of the night. The Blood Type diet helps everything, from Allergies to Diabetes, heart disease I hope and Cancer I pray

      Older people may be constipated by white rice. The alternative is brown rice with more nutrients. Of course, we don’t really need rice to feel full.
