      Dear Aldaz Hardina, I have added a post for making your own “energy bars” under Sugar Free Energy Bar? How about Alternative Sweetness? Look under BLOG questions and answers for Blood Type B. The only way to control what is in your food is to make your own… I have checked several bars already. I have adapted it for blood type B from a recipe of the kitchen diva… I cannot promise it will give you instant energy, as energy is a combination of highly beneficial foods from many sources. I suggest eating a protein and veggie together, and the grain or granola bars create a sense of fullness. Or… when you are hungry way after eating a protein and veggie meal, you can eat this or some highly valuable beans like kidney, navy or lima beans. (Specific for Blood type B only) These beans are a great source of protein and additional minerals and phyto nutrients.

      Thank you, I have several friends are blood type B and they have eliminated their chronic fatigue syndrome eating more kale and NO chicken. One has success with Wendy’s Chili… beans are an important source of protein and nutrients, and soluble and insoluble fiber. One friend, also my Medical Technology friend, had allergy testing done, and she was allergic to Wheat, Corn and Peanuts. These things are listed as foods that encourage weight gain, in the beginning of the Blood Type B chapter of the Eat Right 4 Your Type Book. They are all foods which inhibit insulin efficiency, hampering metabolic rate, causing hypoglycemia. Peanuts for Blood Type B may inhibit liver function. Other things to avoid for Blood Type B are Lentils, Sesame seeds and Buckwheat. The book gives you all the choices you can eat!! It was fun going through, and finding my favorites were things that were highly beneficial. I write my articles in ezines also, and there is a link to the articles on the Blood Type Diet pages, and The article which talks about blood type B’s is here.       One of my Blood Type B friends who gave up corn, wheat and chicken, also found that beef works best for her with some omega 3’s from salmon and sardines. I highly recommend grassfed beef and maybe even Bison. One of my Blood Type O friends found great fat loss with low fat Bison.
