    I am a pescetarian, meaning that i am a “vegitarian” who eats fish. I am looking for a weight loss plan that will help me lose some weight while still not eating any meat other than fish. If anyone has any yummy healthy low-carb recepies that would be great too!.

      I hope you know what blood type you are, because highly beneficial fishes vary from blood type to blood type. Sardines are a, highly beneficial no-cook fish, good on a salad of romaine with fresh spinach, and feta cheese in cubes, and maybe some raw broccoli tops, and yellow squash and zucchini cubes. I add a bean which is highly beneficial for someone particular blood type. (Important for not having gas) and drizzle with olive oil. Very satisfying and filling. If you want to cook fish. We usually put it in a metal pan sprayed with olive oil spray, lightly salted with sea salt, and baked at 395 for 6-8 minutes on each side. (Depends on how thick the fish is. Salmon takes a little longer. I grill some carrots, broccoli and asparagus for a side. For information on which fishes are highly beneficial to you. Send me your blood type

      Hi, yes someone also sent me the info about Dr. Oz. and I know that cherries are good for sleep, and is a great antioxidant, and that either dried cherries here that have no preservatives, or juice…… I prefer fresh cherries when in season, more fiber… I am all about fiber.       130 calories for 8 oz of tart cherry juice 90 minutes before bed. or
      about 140 calories for 1 ounce of Tart Cherry Juice concentrate in 7 ounces of water
      140 calories for 100 frozen tart cherries (about 2 cups)
      and Lastly:
      140 calories for 1/4 cup dried (approx 3 grams)

      This is just the tip of the iceberg. Each person is an individual. Yes the basics work, leafy greens, and a protein plus some fat. What about if you could avoid gas, and that stuffed feeling as you age. What beans would you eat. Did you know there are some more beneficial for certain blood types than others? Why are nightshade vegetables a problem. Seems some might cause inflammation for some people. Would you want to know which ones are inflammatory for you?

      Buy a book or opt in for the e-mails, especially if you are having complications, and want to feel better.

      Yes I am using Word Press. Problem is if you do not have a personal url address, and a host server, then you get the regular free wordpress blog, and blog is in your url. No html required.

      Colon cleanses may be good when you are 40, 45 or so. Unfortunately as you age, things start creeping up on you, and it is more than cleaning out the colon fast. Gentle is better, because as pain such as joint pain, or leg pain or headaches start, there are actually reasons why. Food can become inflammatory as we move through menopause, and figuring it out before 60 is a huge plus. If you are Asian, I highly recommend this.

    This is where I started. I started going through the book eliminating every thing on the first page of my blood type chapter. Then I started combining foods, and soups, stews, chilis were the norm to get a lot of helpful things in. Then I went through the process of fine tuning everything, till everything was right. Hence the free newsletters.
