Dear Burton, I started with the blood type diet first, and then went to the Geno Type diet, because I wanted more variety, and there were some foods I loved that were not on my highly beneficial list in the blood type diet. Dear Patricia, and Augustine, Thank you.. The genotype diet was the second thing I measured for. I just happened to love beets, and I wanted permission to eat them.
