Easy Turkey Sausage and Egg Scramble

Brown some crumbled sausage in a small skillet. Jimmy Dean has crumbles. Or, one turkey sausage patty cut up, works well with 1 egg.

After turkey sausage is Browned, in olive oil, ghee, or butter,
Add one egg, and scramble.

Serve.

This recipe is fast, simple and satisfying for the low carb genetic type.

      Turkey is great for everyone, and it is one of my children’s favorites. We used to make it with diced ham when they were little. Pork is on everyone’s avoid list, and Jimmy Dean turkey sausage tastes great, and cooks great in this recipe and is a great substitute.
