      You won’t need these for awhile, unless you hate vegetables. 7-10 servings of fruits and vegetables are needed a day. You can get 3-4 in the frozen mixed vegetables. The lima beans are only good for Blood Type B. The Corn is only good for Blood Type A. The green beans are good for everyone, and the carrots are good for everyone. Now you are down to only 2 or 3 in the frozen mixed vegetables selection. Time to get a Blood Type Book, to find 4-7 other fruits and vegetables you can incorporate throughout the day.
