Sauteed Diced Onion Diced Celery and some Spinach, Kale, Arugula, and Swiss Chard with Eggs

Dice and Saute in Olive, Walnut, or Grapeseed Oil

1/5 of a large onion, and a stalk of celery.  Let soften in skillet. Add some salad mix with Spinach, Kale, Arugula, and Swiss Chard and saute’ till it wilts.  Scramble in two eggs and turn gently to cook all sides.

You can add salt, or I like Wheat Free Tamari Sauce.

Tamari Sauce, Gluten Free and Low Sodium


Tamari sauce is a great alternative to regular soy sauce with a low sodium kind. Especially if you are gluten intolerant, and like the taste of soy sauce. No wheat in the product, and great taste.

When you teach your body to eat the nutrients it needs, Eggs, may become satisfying enough.
