Supplements

Supplements may be a temporary need, to aid, and help, in finding other sources of a well balanced and nutritionally sound health program. When we eliminate certain foods, we need to find alternative sources of the nutrients our bodies need. This helps our system metabolize more efficiently, prevent insulin insufficiency, sluggish thyroids, digestive and/or gas problems, and fight disease like auto immune diseases. Products suggested here, may over lap, and you may see them in a variety of different categories. Most products cross all other lines of listed categories, because when our body is inflamed, symptoms can emerge in a variety of  ways in different people.

Dear Dible, That is great…. This website is geared to early middle age and older people, who have concerns about belly fat, and which proteins will aid their weight loss and digestion the best. Sometimes we cannot eat all the nutrients that are necessary for our healthy maintenance, and supplementation support is imperative to keep things from breaking down. Finding out which foods support your body the most may be influenced by how this has helped my friends. Help from Friends. Something to think about when preventing diabetes, or hypoglycemia, low energy and more. It is not about one solution for all.

I added these supplements, because, some of them I can eat. Some of them I can get no where else, or I can’t possibly add more food to my list of eating, so I choose to supplement in some cases. For example, the inflammation modulation supplements have quercetins (found in onions, apricots and apples) So I choose how and when to eat those. Some people like an apple a day, some people like eating onions with their proteins. I have found that onions are much gentler on my digestive system, than apples. I only eat dried apricots now when I feel I have not been eating enough onions. There is also a lot of Bromelain in these supplements so I eat 6 pieces of pineapple with my cereal for breakfast. Anti inflammation is also achieved with dried cherries and I particularly love these in the trail mix that I created with healthy omegas, and zinc and magnesium. http://www.keystobasichealth.com/supplements/dried-fruit-and-nut-trail-mix/
