It is great you can substitute Arrowroot for Tapioca starch because tapioca is an avoid for Blood Types B and Blood Type AB.
I like that she adds protein to the flour Chickpea flour is good for blood type O and Amaranth flour is highly beneficial for Blood Type A. Spelt is good for Blood Type AB. Quinoa is neutral for everyone and a complete protein.
- 3/4 cup chickpea flour (BT-O) or amaranth flour (BT-A) Millet Flour (BT-B) and spelt flour (BT-AB)
- 1 cup of this non-corn starch: 1/2 cup of cream of tartar, 1/2 tsp of arrowroot, 1/4 tsp of baking
soda - 1/2 cup brown rice flour. Actually pea flour or this pea flour makes a much nicer soft muffin.
Avoid guar or xantham gum for the stickiness, It is not needed for these better flours.
If you decide to go gluten-free, Be wary, as Corn is an avoid for Blood Type O, Blood Type B, and Blood Type AB. Corn interferes with insulin efficiency and slows metabolic rate. For Blood Type B, corn causes hypoglycemia.
Tapioca is an avoid for Blood Types B and AB.
