      Congratulations on losing 10 pounds! I believe how much weight loss would cause you to have sagging skin depends on your age, and the elasticity of your skin. I saw on the Doctors TV, there is a laser treatment that takes care of fat and tightens skin at the same time. I think it was called “Versa”.

      Dear Surrette, Thank you. I have some recipes of my own that I edited for my best foods. These books are good for great ideas. I too wanted to eat what I was used to. There is a way to fix it so you can lose belly fat and still keep the flavor of the original recipe.

      Hi, The kindle books, may be down for awhile, I actually created my own recipes, based on the blood type diet, and I am always hungry, and a low carb eater. Yet I eat a lot of carbs, because my digestion needs them. (I KNOW MAKES NO SENSE-HENCE WHY I COACH)

      These recipes are for very simple meals, small portions with best foods to start you out. If you have progressed to large meals with lots of protein, you may be interested in some recipes I developed. I ate these till I got the feeling of being too full, and was able, then to reduce my portion sizes with the fine tuning of genetics, and carefully finding out which foods served me the best, and combining them effectively to never feel hungry with the supplements I can’t live without. Cooking for more than one blood type in a family, can be achieved with These Recipes
