Ingredients
  • 1Breast TurkeyCut into fairly large pieces
  • 1bunch green onionsCut
  • 3 stalks celeryCut in slices
  • 3-4roots Carrotpeeled and sliced into medalions
  • 2quarts vegetableBroth in cartons unless you have some homemade
Instructions
  1. Cut Turkey into large chunks and add to 2 quarts of broth. Add chopped green onions
  2. Chop Celery and Carrots and add to Broth about 1 hour before serving
  3. Let boil till carrots and celery are soft and turkey can be broken up into shreds
  4. Add any spices you wish. Or Rice or Rice noodles and Serve.
