- Balance of Life Wheel is a free coaching session to Clarify Goals
- Energy Sappers are the things that tell us we’re too fat too old, too out of shape (Gremlins), those things that tell us we can’t. Will explain with more understanding
- 3-zoom calls one-on-one once a week for 30 minutes each
- One “Just-In-Time” coaching/meetings with your coach (maximum of 20 minutes) once.
- Personalized recipes, in addition to shopping and meal planning and nutritional supplement support
- You may join my master mind group for further in-depth wellness information and how other people are doing this for more in-depth study.
