Add it to turkey burgers:
Turmeric Turkey Burgers (Right for All Blood Types)
1 lb of ground turkey
1 Large Egg
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Divide into patties, grill and serve
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 small onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves
Fresh parsley chopped to taste
And Yogurt Dip
Turmeric Yogurt Dip (Blood types A, B, and AB)
1 teaspoon turmeric Mix turmeric with Yogurt, and serve with raw vegetables
1/2 Cup Yogurt
Assortment of Raw vegetables
Boil 11 eggs (for lots of eggs)
Peel, and slice in half, removing yolk to a separate bowl.
Mix in a cup:
4 Tbs of any kind of mayonnaise, I find olive oil mayonnaise, leaves the taste a little weak.
1 1/2 tsp prepared yellow mustard
3 tsp of rice vinegar. (For stronger vinegar taste use cider vinegar)
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
Chop up egg yolks and add thoroughly mixed mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and salt. Mush together, and fill egg white halves. Sprinkle with lots of turmeric. The #1 Anti-Cancer spice
