Baked Okra and Zucchini

Equipment

  • 1 flat sided baking pan
  • 1 Length of foil to cover pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 box fresh okra, sliced in half vertically
  • 2-3 Zucchini sliced in spears
  • 1/3 cup your best cheese grated bit.ly/Swami Digital
  • 2 tbsp mixture of spices oregano, basil, parsley, and ground tumeric

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your vegetables
  • Line your flat pan with foil
  • Drizzle olive oil on top of the foil
  • Dredge your pieces of vegetable in your cheese mix sprinkled on top of wax paper
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes till brown at 350
