Ingredients
  

  • 1 Breast Turkey Cut into fairly large pieces
  • 1 bunch green onions Cut
  • 3 stalks celery Cut in slices
  • 3-4 roots Carrot peeled and sliced into medalions
  • 2 quarts vegetable Broth in cartons unless you have some homemade

Instructions
 

  • Cut Turkey into large chunks and add to 2 quarts of broth. Add chopped green onions
  • Chop Celery and Carrots and add to Broth about 1 hour before serving
  • Let boil till carrots and celery are soft and turkey can be broken up into shreds
  • Add any spices you wish. Or Rice or Rice noodles and Serve.
