Broccoli Soup for Blood Type O

Broccoli is an edible green plant in the cabbage family whose large flowering head is eaten as a vegetable. The word broccoli comes from the Italian plural of broccolo, which means "the flowering crest of a cabbage", and is the diminutive form of brocco, meaning "small nail" or "sprout".Broccoli is often boiled or steamed but may be eaten raw.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole onion chopped, small
  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 1 whole tomato small, chopped
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 16 oz water
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop onions, broccoli, and tomato.
  • In a medium pot place grapeseed oil, and add onion. Saute on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Add broccoli, tomato and seasoning,
  • Saute for another 10 minutes, add 6 oz water and cover pot and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Pour everything from pot into a blender and remaining water (10-oz) and milk. Blend for 2 minutes.
  • Pour blended ingredients back into the pot and bring up the heat and let it boil for another 2 minutes.
  • Taste. and serve. If you like more spice, add more cayenne
