Method
- Chop (pulverize) raw almonds in a food processor Add beans and continue to mix Add 2 Tbsp agave or maple syrup Add 1/4 Cup Dark Cocoa Add remaining Tbsp agave or maple syrup Roll into balls Refrigerate Then melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with 2 Tbsp olive oil. Roll cold balls in chocolate. Chill on wax paper
