Baked Okra and Zucchini

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 12+ individual fresh okra, sliced in half vertically
  • 1/3 cup your best cheese grated bit.ly/BestFoodsTest
  • 2 tbsp mixture of spices oregano, basil, parsley, and ground tumeric I make a bowl full to dredge the okra in

Equipment

  • 1 glass or flat sided baking pan
  • 1 Length of foil to cover pan

Method
 

  1. Prepare your vegetables I wash them so the mixture adheres better
  2. Line your flat pan with foil
  3. Drizzle olive oil on top of the foil
  4. Dredge your pieces of vegetable in your cheese mix in bowl
  5. Bake for 18 minutes till brown at 350
