Baked Okra and Zucchini
A side dish to help your colon
Equipment
- 1 glass or flat sided baking pan
- 1 Length of foil to cover pan
Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
- 12+ individual fresh okra, sliced in half vertically
- 1/3 cup your best cheese grated bit.ly/BestFoodsTest
- 2 tbsp mixture of spices oregano, basil, parsley, and ground tumeric I make a bowl full to dredge the okra in
Instructions
- Prepare your vegetables I wash them so the mixture adheres better
- Line your flat pan with foil
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the foil
- Dredge your pieces of vegetable in your cheese mix in bowl
- Bake for 18 minutes till brown at 350
