Banana Bread for Blood Type O

Using Compliant Flours for each of the different blood types, We can enjoy some of our favorites Especially with date syrup or Monk Fruit in the Raw. With out Erythritol a cancer causing agent

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3-1/2 Cup Olive oil

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Garbanzo Bean Flour https://amzn.to/3XPPyhi
  • 1/2 Cup Rice Flour or pea flour https://amzn.to/3KlkMnX
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Soda
  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Equipment

  • 1 Medium Stainless Steel Bowl
  • 1 Small Stainless Steel Bowl
  • Measuring cups and Measuring Spoons
  • 1 mixer or stand Blender or
  • 1 Spatula

Method
 

  1. Cream together olive oil and sugar
  2. Add eggs and beat well
  3. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with banana, blending well after each addition.
  4. Stir in nuts
  5. Pour into a well greased 9.5 by 5 by 3 inch loaf pan
  6. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until done
