Banana Bread for Blood Type O
Using Compliant Flours for each of the different blood types, We can enjoy some of our favorites Especially with date syrup or Monk Fruit in the Raw. With out Erythritol a cancer causing agent
Equipment
- 1 Medium Stainless Steel Bowl
- 1 Small Stainless Steel Bowl
- Measuring cups and Measuring Spoons
- 1 mixer or stand Blender or
- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 1/3-1/2 Cup Olive oil
- 1/2 Cup Date syrup or monk fruit https://amzn.to/3O97obP
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Garbanzo Bean Flour https://amzn.to/3XPPyhi
- 1/2 Cup Rice Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
- Cream together olive oil and sugar
- Add eggs and beat well
- Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with banana, blending well after each addition.
- Stir in nuts
- Pour into a well greased 9.5 by 5 by 3 inch loaf pan
- Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until done
