Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 pkg Broccoli Florets or 2 Heads Cut into florets
  • 1/3 Cup Red Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins If you are not eating fruits and vegetables together right now, leave out
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil or Light Dressing
  • 1 TBSP Cider Vinegar If you are sensitive to vinegar, don't use this recipe
  • 2-3 TBSP Sugar As little as possible to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix dressing ingredients together in a bowl, and toss with vegetables above. Blood Type A can add sunflower seeds if you like.
