Red Onion Broccoli Toss
- 1-2 pkg Broccoli Florets or 2 Heads Cut into florets
- 1/3 Cup Red Onion Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Raisins If you are not eating fruits and vegetables together right now, leave out
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil or Light Dressing
- 1 TBSP Cider Vinegar If you are sensitive to vinegar, don't use this recipe
- 2-3 TBSP Sugar As little as possible to taste
- Mix dressing ingredients together in a bowl, and toss with vegetables above. Blood Type A can add sunflower seeds if you like.
