Ingredients
  

  • 1 Breast Turkey Cut into fairly large pieces
  • 1 bunch green onions Cut
  • 3 stalks celery Cut in slices
  • 3-4 roots Carrot peeled and sliced into medalions
  • 2 quarts vegetable Broth in cartons unless you have some homemade

Method
 

  1. Cut Turkey into large chunks and add to 2 quarts of broth. Add chopped green onions
  2. Chop Celery and Carrots and add to Broth about 1 hour before serving
  3. Let boil till carrots and celery are soft and turkey can be broken up into shreds
  4. Add any spices you wish. Or Rice or Rice noodles and Serve.
