
Turkey Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Breast Turkey Cut into fairly large pieces
- 1 bunch green onions Cut
- 3 stalks celery Cut in slices
- 3-4 roots Carrot peeled and sliced into medalions
- 2 quarts vegetable Broth in cartons unless you have some homemade
Instructions
- Cut Turkey into large chunks and add to 2 quarts of broth. Add chopped green onions
- Chop Celery and Carrots and add to Broth about 1 hour before serving
- Let boil till carrots and celery are soft and turkey can be broken up into shreds
- Add any spices you wish. Or Rice or Rice noodles and Serve.
