  • 1 Small Stainless Steel Bowl
  • Measuring cups and Measuring Spoons
  • 1 mixer or stand Blender or
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1/3-1/2 Cup Olive oil

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Garbanzo Bean Flour https://amzn.to/3XPPyhi
  • 1/2 Cup Rice Flour or pea flour https://amzn.to/3KlkMnX
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Soda
  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  • Cream together olive oil and sugar
  • Add eggs and beat well
  • Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with banana, blending well after each addition.
  • Stir in nuts
  • Pour into a well greased 9.5 by 5 by 3 inch loaf pan
  • Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until done
