Ingredients

  • 4 whole avocados hass avocados
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 whole tomatoes chopped (Blood Type O only)
  • 1 whole lime halved and squeezed (both halves) for juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Lightly Mash Avocado
  • Combine tomatoes, onion and avocado
  • squeeze lime over
  • pinch of salt to taste
  • serve
