Equipment

  • 1 glass or flat sided baking pan
  • 1 Length of foil to cover pan

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 12+ individual fresh okra, sliced in half vertically
  • 1/3 cup your best cheese grated bit.ly/BestFoodsTest
  • 2 tbsp mixture of spices oregano, basil, parsley, and ground tumeric I make a bowl full to dredge the okra in

Instructions

  • Prepare your vegetables I wash them so the mixture adheres better
  • Line your flat pan with foil
  • Drizzle olive oil on top of the foil
  • Dredge your pieces of vegetable in your cheese mix in bowl
  • Bake for 18 minutes till brown at 350
