The new pain was unbearable and very familiar to me. My father had sciatica and could not walk past the age of 70 and his mother had sciatica and could not walk past the age of 70. Both ended up in nursing homes. My grandmother for 20 years. My father caught pneumonia and died after 2 years.

Our family carries the MTHFR gene. I was born with it. What I have learned is, by not finding your best food, you can create it and manifest some of the symptoms mentioned above.

I have had the coaching from Kristi and follow it as much as possible and feel better. I now know what works for me and what doesn’t. I do, however, have grandchildren that I love, but who sometimes pull me off course!
