
Baked Okra and Zucchini
A side dish to help your colon
Equipment
- 1 flat sided baking pan
- 1 Length of foil to cover pan
Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 box fresh okra, sliced in half vertically
- 2-3 Zucchini sliced in spears
- 1/3 cup your best cheese grated bit.ly/Swami Digital
- 2 tbsp mixture of spices oregano, basil, parsley, and ground tumeric
Instructions
- Prepare your vegetables
- Line your flat pan with foil
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the foil
- Dredge your pieces of vegetable in your cheese mix sprinkled on top of wax paper
- Bake for 20-30 minutes till brown at 350
