Ingredients
- 4 whole avocados hass avocados
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 whole tomatoes chopped (Blood Type O only)
- 1 whole lime halved and squeezed (both halves) for juice
- 1 pinch sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Lightly Mash Avocado
- Combine tomatoes, onion and avocado
- squeeze lime over
- pinch of salt to taste
- serve
